Justas Poliakas

Justas Poliakas is a skilled technology leader and software engineer with extensive experience in team management and software development. Currently serving as Team Lead at Smartproxy since June 2023, Poliakas previously held multiple roles at Baltic Amadeus from July 2016 to June 2023, including People Development Manager and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included team building, process definition, and technical leadership. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer at Luminor Group, where Poliakas contributed to the migration of Progress OpenEdge systems to IBM cloud and the consolidation of core banking systems.
