Dattatray Kale has worked in the software development industry since 2008. Dattatray began their career as a Software Developer at Interface Infosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they worked with C# (2.0, 3.0) and ASP. Dattatray then moved to Fasttrack Software Services Pvt Ltd in 2011, where they worked as a Software Engineer, working on all stages of SDLC req. gathering to final deliverable. In 2014, they joined Tieto as a Senior Software Engineer, where they followed disciplines like TDD, pair programming, code reviews, refactoring, clean code, and SOLID principles. In 2017, they became an Application Developer at Technogise Private Limited, where they enabled collaboration web apps to receive updates from a server via a Service worker, developed onboarding platform for home service engineers, and made sure the team followed best practices and wrote human readable and quality code. In 2020, they joined Tavisca, a cxLoyalty Technology Platform (Division of JP Morgan Chase & Co.) as a Technology Evangelist, where they did readable, maintainable, efficient code changes to modules, driven C# code community, and made client developer life easier by building the system that will read feature flag files from client codebase, validate and sync it with Feature Flag System. Dattatray is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Smartr365 since 2022.

Dattatray Kale received an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2003 and 2007. Dattatray also holds certifications from Pluralsight in ASP.NET MVC 5 Fundamentals, C# Generics, Clean Code: Writing Code for Humans, SOLID Principles of Object Oriented Design, Scrum Master Skills, and The MVC Request Life Cycle. Dattatray also holds a Pro: Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 4 certification.
