Anita Bowness has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anita'smost recent position is with SmartRecruiters, where they serve as the Director of People Engagement, Learning, and Development. Anita started their career at ACERRA as a VP of Operations before transitioning to roles at nurun and Ehvert Engineering, where they served as a Project Manager and Operations member, respectively. Overall, Anita Bowness has demonstrated a strong background in customer success, product management, and talent development throughout their career.

Anita Bowness obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Ottawa, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Leeds in 1995-1996. Additionally, in 1993-1994, they participated in an international exchange program at Aston University, although they did not pursue a specific degree during this period.
