Jessica Guglielmino

Jessica Guglielmino, MBA, is an experienced professional in employee experience and communications, currently serving as Senior Director at VSP Vision since April 2008. In this role, Jessica partners across the enterprise to enhance the employee experience by promoting organizational readiness, internal communication, and listening strategies. Jessica leads a team focused on supporting an international workforce and promoting connection within the organization. Prior to VSP Vision, Jessica held various positions at E*TRADE FINANCIAL from January 2000 to March 2008, including Senior Manager and Employee Communications roles. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
