Lisa Skalban

Lisa Skalban is an experienced professional in audience insights and customer success, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Acast since January 2021, after holding the position of Technical Account Manager. Prior to Acast, Lisa worked at Universe as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on building customer relationships and providing technical support for Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment. Additional experience includes serving as a Campaign Manager at Festicket, where Lisa organized marketing campaigns for major festivals in the DACH region, and as a Client Account Manager and Event Programmer at Ticketmaster UK. Lisa began their career in localization QA at Testronic. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Live Events Management from Buckinghamshire New University and completed the Abitur with a focus on Spanish and English at Gymnasium Schloß Neuhaus.
