Rachel Phipps

Rachel Phipps has extensive experience in customer success and HR technology. Rachel currently holds the role of VP of Customer Success at SmartRecruiters, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Director of Customer Success, EMEA at SmartRecruiters from 2021 to 2024. Before joining SmartRecruiters, Rachel was the Head of Customer Success EMEA at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2020 to 2021, and at Saba Software from 2019 to 2020. Rachel also served as the Customer Operations Manager during a six-month secondment at Saba Software in 2019.

Since 2015, Rachel has held various roles at Lumesse, including Head of Customer Success EMEA from 2018 to 2018, and Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Nationwide Building Society as a Technology & MI Strategy Manager from 2012 to 2015. Rachel's career started at Cielo Talent in 2007 as a Business Analyst, and they also worked at Commercial Recruitment as an Assistant Manager from 2006 to 2007. Rachel began their career at Expectations Recruitment as a PA to Director/Temporaries Consultant in 2004 and at Office Angels as a Career Consultant in 2003.

Rachel Phipps attended Turriff Academy from 1992 to 1998. Rachel then pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Administration & Information Management from North East Scotland College from 1998 to 1999.
