Connor Tibedo

Connor Tibedo has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Connor started their career at Head 2 Tail Taxidermy in 2015, where they worked as an Apprentice Taxidermist until December 2016. After that, they joined SightPlan as a Software Engineer Intern in September 2016 and continued in various roles until April 2021, including Senior Server Engineer - SRE Team and Lead Server Engineer.

In December 2018, Connor joined Leidos as a Software Engineer, where they worked on projects like the Cooperative Engagement Capability and optimized MATLAB codebase for a backup GPS system. Connor left Leidos in December 2019.

Most recently, Connor has been working at SmartRent since February 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer II. Their roles and responsibilities are ongoing, and no end date has been specified.

Connor Tibedo completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the STK Grand Master Certification from AGI (Analytical Graphics, Inc.) in October 2019 and the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
