Emily Vitales (Emme)

Emme Vitales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily "Emme" currently works at SmartRent as a Community Project Manager, overseeing the integration process for Alloy Access implementation. Emily "Emme" has completed nearly 20 projects with a total value of over 3.5 million dollars. Before joining SmartRent, Emme was a Community Project Manager at Smart Home West, where they supported the installation process and provided education to property management teams and residents.

Prior to their roles at SmartRent, Emme worked at Energeia USA as a Marketing Manager, where they improved efficiency and communication with international offices and successfully submitted numerous Request for Proposals. Emily "Emme" also held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Energeia USA.

Emme's previous experience includes working as a Product Marketing Manager at Empower Energy Pty Limited, where they significantly increased customer contacts and streamlined processes. Emily "Emme" also established the direct-to-consumer sales process in New South Wales and maintained brand standards.

Emme has also worked as a contractor and held roles at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County as a Social Media Manager, where they successfully raised funds and increased engagement for community programs. Emily "Emme" also worked as a Field Marketing Specialist at SGI, where they improved brand awareness and content creation processes.

Emme began their career as a Communications Intern at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and worked as a Staff Writer at SHIFT Magazine. Emily "Emme" also gained customer service experience as a Host at Banana Leaf Restaurant.

Emily "Emme" Vitales has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University. Additionally, they hold two Associate of Arts (A.A.) degrees from Mission College, one in Communication and Critical Thinking and the other in Social and Behavioral Sciences. In April 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
