Jessica Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica currently works as a Project Manager at SmartRent since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Store Manager & E-Commerce at J.W. Hulme from November 2019 to July 2021. Jessica also worked at Nintendo as an Experiential Event Manager from June 2012 to October 2019, where they collaborated with the Experiential & PR team and Marketing Arm to create memorable experiences. Jessica briefly worked as an Operations Manager at Candytopia in 2019. In 2018, Jessica served as an Associate Store Manager at Casper, where they focused on improving the customer experience, clienteling, merchandising, and inventory control. In 2017, they worked as a Market Manager at Nestlé, responsible for executing marketing programs and managing store QA and promotional activities for the Tombstone Pizza Food Truck. Jessica's earlier experience includes working as a Brand Ambassador at State Farm from September 2012 to December 2016, where they supported live experiences, lead generation, and connected agents to customers at automotive shows and auctions.
Jessica Lee has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Jessica has also obtained a Level 3: Excel Purple Belt certification from McGraw Hill in April 2022.
