Matthew Phillips has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Matthew started in 2013 as a CAD Designer at MVP Solutions LLC, where they created 3D CAD models and provided design assistance. In 2017, they joined Robert Half as an IT Specialist, guiding users through technical troubleshooting procedures and resolving hardware and software issues. Matthew then worked as an IT Technician at SmartSource Technical Solutions in 2018, where they provided technical support and adapted strategies to different customer experience levels. In 2019, they became an IT Consultant at NSC Global, identifying and resolving technical problems and presenting potential system improvements. Currently, they are working as a Software Support Specialist at SmartRent, handling complex customer requests and updating records with customer interactions and transactions.

Matthew Phillips attended Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. In 2017, they also briefly attended AAA institution of technology to further their studies in Computer Aided Design.
