Alexis Beach has extensive experience in talent management and recruitment, currently serving as Group Talent Manager at Smarts since July 2024 and at MSQ since November 2021. Previously, Alexis held the same title at 26PMX until October 2024 and worked as an HR Business Partner specializing in Recruitment at Redde Northgate plc from February 2019 to November 2021. Alexis began a career in recruitment at Hays as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in 2009, progressing through various roles including Senior Resource Consultant at ePeople Recruitment Ltd and Senior Commercial & IT Consultant at Tailor Made Sourcing. The recruitment journey began with positions at Eden Brown and Future Electronics as a Recruitment Consultant and Inside Sales Executive, respectively.
