Agata Mroczkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various sectors. Currently, Agata serves as a Co-Founder at Smartschool, focusing on democratizing access to quality education through AI tutoring since October 2023. Previously, Agata held multiple leadership positions at Booksy from June 2015 to December 2023, including Chief Of Staff and Head of Commercial Strategy for France, as well as Country Manager for Spain and the USA, where responsibilities included market launch strategies, P&L management, and team development. Agata's experience also includes an interim role at GoButler leading international expansion, a position at Rocket Internet AG managing global operations for foodpanda, and consulting roles at Bain & Company and ConQuest Consulting. Agata holds a degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
