Laura Davies CMgr FCMI has a diverse work experience background. Laura started as an Account Executive at SmartSearch in July 2018, progressing to Partnership Coordinator and Partnership Success Manager. Laura then took on roles as Head of Partnerships Customer Success and Head of Partnerships & Enterprise Customer Success. Currently, Laura holds the position of Head of Client Operations at SmartSearch, a leading UK provider of anti-money-laundering software. Prior to SmartSearch, they worked as a Sales & Lettings Administrator at Haus Sales & Lettings and as a Retail Supervisor at Stockeld Park.

Laura Davies CMgr FCMI completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Leeds Beckett University from 2014 to 2018. Laura then pursued a Level 7 Senior Leader qualification in Leadership & Management at the Chartered Management Institute, graduating in 2023. In the same year, they obtained the title of Chartered Manager Fellow from the Chartered Management Institute.
