Mayur J. Pabari

Mayur J. Pabari has extensive work experience as a CEO, founder, and Chief Technology Officer. Mayur J. is currently the Founder and CEO of Foster, a company they established in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CEO and CHRO of smartSense Consulting Solutions since February 2021. At smartSense, they were responsible for developing the business model, forming partnerships, building teams, and allocating capital within the firm. Mayur J. also designed, developed, and implemented the strategic plan for the company. Before that, they worked as the Interim Chief Technology Officer at Certif-ID International GmbH from June 2020 until May 2023. There, they led a global network of technical experts and utilized blockchain technology to issue digital certificates.

Mayur J. Pabari completed their primary education from Ind Rayon School from 1995 to 2007, focusing on Maths and Science subjects, leading to their SSC degree. Mayur J. then attended Shri P.V Modi School Rajkot from 2007 to 2009, specializing in Science subjects, for their HSC degree. In 2009, Mayur enrolled at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhyalaya, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Mayur J. completed their degree in Information Technology in 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mayur also obtained two certifications. In June 2020, they received the Agile Expert Certificate of Proficiency from Certif-ID: Dedicated Skills Community. In September 2020, they completed a course on Blitzscaling, conducted by Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh, through LinkedIn.
