Jim Hahn

Jim Hahn is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in global communications strategy. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Communications at Smartsheet since January 2025, Jim leads a comprehensive communications strategy encompassing corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, and social media, among other functions. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Senior Communications Consultant at People Results and spent over 15 years at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies across multiple regions. Previous positions also include serving as a Senior PR Manager at Microsoft Corp. and working in corporate communications at Vignette. Jim holds a BA in Mass Communication from Penn State University and a MS in Public Relations & Public Affairs from Golden Gate University.
