Lilian Chia

Lilian Chia is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer I at Smartsheet since October 2023. Previously, Lilian held the position of Product Designer at Trade Ledger™ from November 2021 to August 2023, where a notable achievement included constructing a comprehensive Design System and producing visionary prototypes leading to significant customer engagement and investment. Prior to that, Lilian worked as a Senior Digital Designer at illion, focusing on UX/UI development and extensive design material creation, and at Credit Simple, where responsibilities included designing user experiences for various digital products and implementing new features. Lilian began a career at OnQue Digital, gaining experience in digital and print design while managing client interactions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design from UNSW and the Higher School Certificate from Hornsby Girls' Selective High School.
