Mackenzie Koss is an experienced professional in customer advocacy and marketing, currently serving as Customer Advocacy Manager II at Smartsheet since February 2024. Previously, Mackenzie worked at Brandfolder from November 2020 to July 2024, where roles included Community Marketing Specialist and Podcast Co-Host. Mackenzie's diverse experience spans brand representation with Saalt, social media management for Cosmic Cacao, and brand management for Drink Pfizz, along with roles in fitness coaching and patient management at various health centers.
