Mary Ashley Goding

Mary Ashley Goding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent experience, operations, and event management across various industries. Since December 2021, Mary has held the position of Global ERG Co-chair for The Rainbow Collab and Manager of Talent Experience & Operations at Smartsheet. Prior to that, Mary served as Event Speaker Manager for Groundbreak 2021 at Procore Technologies and held multiple roles at Electronic Arts, focusing on Inclusion, Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Additional experience includes account management at Elevate Staffing for Facebook and Oculus, community and event management at Axosoft, and event project management with vandePoel Productions. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
