Nathan Schupp

Nathan Schupp is an experienced professional in customer outcomes and value consulting, currently serving as Director of Customer Outcomes at Smartsheet since March 2021, after progressively advancing through roles including Senior Manager and Manager. Prior to Smartsheet, Nathan worked at ServiceNow from June 2018 to March 2021 in various positions focused on financial services, including Inspire Value Consultant. Nathan's earlier experience includes a consultancy role at Deloitte and an internship at Protiviti. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, and Operations Management from the University of Arizona, obtained in 2016.
