Rohan V. is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading software development and engineering teams. Currently serving as Group Principal Engineering Manager at Smartsheet since July 2023, Rohan previously held multiple roles at Microsoft from 2012 to 2023, including Engineering Manager, where significant contributions were made to the development of Azure's quota management service and event-driven systems for Azure catalog and financial services. Prior experience includes positions as Engineering Lead at Expedia Group, where Rohan managed projects focused on post-booking experiences, and earlier roles at Progressive Insurance and FIS, focusing on tools engineering and software development. Rohan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
