Stephanie Berner

Stephanie Berner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Smartsheet since August 2025, Berner also holds advisor positions at Modern Treasury and Databook, both initiated in 2024 and 2023, respectively. As an Executive Appointee on the Strategic Advisory Board at Gainsight since January 2020, Berner has contributed to enhancing customer engagement strategies. Previously, Berner was Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success & Services at Atlassian from January 2024 to June 2025, focusing on leading professional services and customer success management globally. Berner holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Biology from the University of California, Davis.
