Teresa Mitchiner

Teresa Mitchiner, MS. Ed., serves as a Customer Success Manager II for Commercial Major Accounts at Smartsheet since May 2022. With a strong background in customer success and education, Teresa previously held roles such as Strategic Customer Success Manager at Wonderschool, where support was provided for statewide network implementation in North Carolina, and Account Manager at Curriculum Associates, focusing on K-12 project management in South Carolina. Previous experience includes senior management positions at ExploreLearning and Achieve3000, where professional development and client relationships were prioritized. Teresa began a career in education as a teacher in public schools from 1994 to 2008 and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Education from The University of Kansas.
