Jyoti Prakash Lenka has worked as a Lead Software Engineer at smartShift since June 2019. Before that, they were an Associate Consultant at Capgemini from July 2017 to June 2019. Prior to Capgemini, they worked as a PLC Engineer at Vaaman Engineers India Limited from July 2015 to August 2016. Their first job was as a Junior Engineer at Techsupport from January 2015 to July 2015.

Jyoti Prakash Lenka attended NM Institute of Engineering and Technology (NMIET) in Bhubaneswar from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
