Rashmi Kumari

Rashmi Kumari has a strong background in business operations and human resources. Rashmi currently serves as an Associate Director-Business Operation at SmartSoC Solutions Pvt Ltd since August 2023. Prior to this, Rashmi worked as a Program Manager at ManpowerGroup from August 2021 to August 2023, where they were responsible for managing requisitions and prioritizing orders. Rashmi also gained experience as a Project Manager at Cerium Systems from January 2020 to August 2021 and as an HR Manager from March 2016 to December 2019. Rashmi started their career as an HR Executive at Allegis Group in August 2015, and later at Huawei Technologies India Pvt.ltd from August 2011 to August 2015. Rashmi began their professional journey as an Intern at Ernst & Young from October 2010 to July 2011.

Rashmi Kumari obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Krupanidhi Business School from the year 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Magadh Mahila College, Patna University from the year 2006 to 2009. Rashmi also completed their 12th/PUC with a specialization in Science from BIEC during the years 2003 to 2005.
