Ayush Gautam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, operations, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in the Founders’ Office at Smartstaff since October 2023, Ayush previously held the position of Lead - Product & GTM at Arzooo, focusing on quick delivery services and marketplace supply operations. As a Co-Founder of ClassCast, Ayush developed white-label learning solutions for coaching institutes, achieving significant growth and a client base of over 110 institutions. Additional experience includes Chief-Editor of Awaaz at IIT Kharagpur, where Ayush led a student media body and organized numerous events, as well as roles at Lead Angels and India Quotient, contributing to investment analysis and evaluation. Ayush holds an Integrated Dual Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
