Jana Pohlova

Jana Pohlova has extensive experience in customer support and success management, currently serving as a CC L2 at Smartsupp since October 2022. Prior to that, Jana held various roles at Survio from September 2020 to October 2022, including Customer Success Manager, Head of Customer Success, and Customer Care Specialist. Jana's earlier experience at Kiwi.com from July 2015 to June 2020 involved leadership positions as GDS Team Manager, Customer Support Team Manager, and Back Office Team Manager. Jana Pohlova earned a degree in International Relations (Mgr.) from Masaryk University Brno, Faculty of Social Studies, between 2009 and 2015.
