Audoin Roche

Audoin Roche serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at EDL since June 2022 and has held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at smartTrade Technologies since January 2018. At smartTrade, Audoin Roche collaborates with the CEO and shareholders on cross-functional projects, focusing on resolving strategic, financial, and operational challenges to enhance growth and profitability while managing metrics to optimize annual recurring revenue and EBITDA margins. Previously, Audoin Roche worked at EIGHT ADVISORY in transaction services and restructuring, performed due diligence for private equity, co-founded Au Poil as CEO, and gained experience in private equity at CNP Assurances. Audoin Roche holds a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master's in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
