Tram Chu has extensive experience in sales support and customer service, currently serving as Sales Support for France at Smartwares Group since May 2018. Prior to this, Tram Chu worked at Michelin as a Coordinator for Customer Services, where responsibilities included shaping and supporting the sales efforts of a new department and engaging French colleagues in their roles. Tram Chu held various positions at Michelin Nederland N.V. from 2007 to 2017, including Key Account Manager and Commercial Employee, focusing on maintaining supplier relationships and handling customer inquiries. Earlier experience includes serving as a French-speaking Administrative Worker at HECC Alliance and a trainee French teacher at Willem van Oranje College. Tram Chu's educational background includes a degree in French teaching from Fontys in Tilburg and studies in Biology at a university in Dijon, France.
