Margaux Pontailler

Margaux Pontailler has extensive work experience in the field of data analytics. Margaux is currently working as an Analytics Engineer - Data Analyst at Smartway (Zéro-Gâchis) since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Qantas from July 2019 to August 2020, where they served as a Data Analyst. During their time at Qantas, Margaux developed customer insights and identified opportunities to enhance customer engagement and profitability through improvements to the airline loyalty program. Margaux utilized tools like Teradata, SQL, and Tableau to extract customer intelligence from corporate databases, developed innovative modeling techniques, and combined customer behavioral intelligence with market research findings. Margaux also played a key role in scoping business requests, identifying strategic analytics projects, and educating end users on the developed insights. Before Qantas, Margaux worked at Numberly (1000mercis Group) as a BI Developer from November 2014 to October 2016. Margaux also gained valuable internship experience at Banque de France, DIVALTO, EISTI, Air France, and L’AS DES COURS during their academic years.

Margaux Pontailler completed their education from 2008 to 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the Computer Engineering School, EISTI, where they obtained a Master Degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in IT and Business Intelligence. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they studied at Pierre d'Ailly High School in Compiègne, France, where they pursued an Intensive Foundation Degree in Sciences with a focus on Mathematics and Physics. In addition to their formal education, Margaux Pontailler also obtained a certification called "Certificat Voltaire" in 2013, although the institution from which they obtained it is not specified.
