Krystof Palenicek

Krystof Palenicek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the airline and customer care sectors. As the Founder of Skytify s.r.o. since January 2021, Krystof has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. In addition to this role, Krystof has held multiple positions at Smartwings since November 2008, including Head of Customer Care and Product Manager, contributing significantly to customer service excellence. Furthermore, Krystof has been involved with Airlines for Europe (A4E) as a member of the Consumer Working Group since June 2017, and serves as an Editor for Airline Business & Aircraft Manufacturing at Aeroweb.cz since November 2009. Earlier experiences include working as an Assistant to the Station Manager at Seagle Air in 2008. Krystof's educational background includes studies at Prague Transport College from 2005 to 2009.
