Melody Norsworthy

Melody Norsworthy has over 13 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Melody began their career in 2007 as a QA and Support Manager at Affinegy. In 2008, they became a QA Consultant/Director at Bridge 360, where they improved QA Practices working with 2Wire executives to restructure. Later that same year, they worked as a QA Consultant at ADP - Digital Motorworks. In 2009, they worked as a QA Consultant at the Texas Education Agency. In 2010, they became a QA Consultant at DG. In 2011, they were a QA Lead at The Advisory Board Company. In 2013, they were a QA Consultant/Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at General Motors as a Lead/Manager for Quality Assurance, Change and Release Management, and QA Communications, as well as a Strategic Quality Specialist. Finally, in 2021, they became the Head of Quality and Quality Organization Manager at SMArtX Advisory Solutions, where they are responsible for managing the Quality Assurance, Technical Documentation, Training and Technical Operations.

Melody Norsworthy's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kansas State University, which they earned between 1975 and 1979. Melody then completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at the State University of New York in 1980. From 2012 to 2018, they studied Design and Applied Arts at Austin Community College. Melody also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University.
