Robert Esteves has over 15 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence. Robert began their career in 2005 as a Database Administrator and Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Data Engineer at Global Tower Partners, where they developed and implemented the Polaris Data Warehouse system to store site related information. In 2011, they moved to Optima Healthcare Solutions as a Senior BI Developer/Data Engineer, where they developed and implemented ETL pipelines to ingest medical data. In 2012, they joined Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Data Engineer and Database Administrator, where they performed Full, Differential and Transaction Log backups on Dynamics AX databases and operational databases. In 2013, they joined Jarden Consumer Solutions as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Data Engineer, where they developed and implemented ETL pipelines to ingest, model, and transform Google Analytics data from 95 company websites into a data warehouse system. In 2016, they moved to Newell Brands as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer/Data Engineer, where they developed and implemented U-SQL scripts to transform, clean, and store large data sets in Azure Data Lake. In 2019, they joined Insight Global as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, where they implemented Azure Data Lake Gen2 to stage, transform, archive files and use them as the sources for Azure Synapse Analytics. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Vertical Bridge as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Data Engineer, where they developed and implemented instances of Microsoft Azure Data Lake Gen2, Microsoft Azure Synapse Pool, and Microsoft Data Factory V2 (ADF v2).
