Zorán Vári

Alonzo OShae Ross currently serves as the Director for First Year Programs & Retention Strategy at the University of Indianapolis, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Alonzo Ross was the Executive Director of K14 Initiatives at Ivy Tech Community College from July 2016 to September 2023, including a period as Interim Executive Director and holding various roles such as Director of Transition and Dual Enrollment. Alonzo's early career at GEICO spanned from March 2006 to July 2016, with roles including Insurance Professional, Glass Specialist, and Sales Agent. Educationally, Alonzo Ross is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of the Cumberlands, having previously obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University East.
