Derek Donaldson

Derek Donaldson is currently the Head of CX at SMARTY Mobile, where Derek leads a comprehensive function optimizing the customer experience. Previously, Derek held various leadership roles at Sky, including Head of Sales Operations for Sky Mobile and Sky Business, as well as Head of Sales Through Service. Derek also served as a Campaign Controller and Sales Delivery Manager at British Sky Broadcasting. Derek holds a degree in Management from Nottingham Trent University.
