Charletta Robertson

Charletta Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Charletta started their career as a Physical Therapy Aide at Advanced Dynamics Therapies in 2009, where they implemented therapeutic exercise programs and administered modalities for injured patients. In 2008, they worked as a Health and Fitness Specialist at Aquila, Ltd. Health & Fitness Solutions, where they conducted fitness evaluations and co-authored a risk management manual.

From 2012 to 2014, Charletta worked at TOMS as a Sales Operations employee, managing the order entry process and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Following that, they joined Michael Kors as a Wholesale Support Representative from 2014 to 2016, where they managed the order entry process for special market stores and successfully processed sales orders.

Currently, Charletta is employed at SmartyPants Vitamins since 2016. Charletta initially worked as an Order Fulfillment Manager, where they managed order entry processes for all outbound Wholesale orders and Direct to Customer orders. In their current role as Sr., Order Fulfillment Manager, they oversee the order fulfillment process and communicates with transportation companies to resolve shipping exceptions.

Charletta Robertson attended California State University, Northridge from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology-Options with a focus on General Studies and Dance. In addition to their degree, they are currently working towards obtaining a CLTD Certification from APICS and has also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
