Cindy van Wyk

Cindy Van Wyk is currently serving as the Chief Operating and Customer Experience Officer at Smartz Solutions. With a background in law and extensive experience in various managerial roles in the BPO industry, she has held positions such as Director of Operations at IntelliBPO, Strategic Account Manager at Intuate Group, and Head of Operations at Bankserv. Cindy also has a Master of Laws degree in International Economic Law from the University of South Africa and a B.Proc in Law from the University of Pretoria.
