Kristin Kroeger

Kristin Kroeger is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations for Smash Park Entertainment Group since August 2024, Kristin previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Redstone American Grill from September 2016 to July 2024, where responsibilities included oversight of ten units nationwide with annual gross sales of $67 million. Kristin's expertise includes corporate restructuring, operational management of multiple locations, and general management of upscale dining establishments, exemplified by a successful tenure as General Manager at both Redstone American Grill and Blue Plate Restaurant Company. Kristin holds dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Psychology, respectively, from St. Catherine University, complemented by study abroad certificates in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies.
