Alexander Rißland

Alexander Rißland has worked in several different roles since 2016. Alexander began their career as a Trainee at Siemens in 2016. In 2017, they became the Founder and CEO of Litfassdrinks, a digital platform that enables users to fill out a survey and get matched with companies that want to advertise to them. Alexander also became the Business Head Europe at Byte House Digital, a close-knit team of nerds and creatives passionate about producing exceptional quality work. In 2019, they Co-Founded and became the CDO of SolaVieve, an international health and wellness company. In 2021, they became the Founder and CEO of Smatched, a digital reward platform, and a Sigma Squared Fellow.

Alexander Rißland began their educational journey in 2016, when they enrolled at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business in 2019. In 2018, they attended YEP, where they completed #Batch 1 in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Alexander then continued their studies at SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University, where they earned a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies in 2022.
