Tatiana B. Valbuena

Tatiana B. Valbuena, LL.M. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Team Lead Legal, Risk & Compliance and previously as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at smava since September 2019. Valbuena's prior roles include Werkstudentin Legal/Compliance at simplesurance GmbH and Werkstudentin HR at De Gruyter, as well as an internship in the legal department at Ideal Versicherung. With a Master's degree in International Economic Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, in addition to training as a Foreign Language Correspondent and Assistant, Valbuena possesses a strong educational foundation in both legal and linguistic competencies.
