Caoimhe Scolard

Caoimhe Scolard serves as the SVP of Human Resources – Talent, Development & Employee Experience at SMBC Aviation Capital since May 2024, following a tenure at AIB from June 2015 to May 2024, where Caoimhe held several roles, including Group Inclusion and Diversity Lead and Strategic People Change Consultant. With a robust background in human resources and organizational effectiveness, Caoimhe has excelled in implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering inclusion and diversity, and enhancing employee experience. Previous positions include UK HR Manager at BearingPoint and IR/HR Executive at IBEC, alongside early roles that encompassed research and administrative functions in both the European Commission and Canada Life Europe. Educational qualifications include a BA in International Business & Languages from Dublin City University and various leadership and HR certifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development in the field of human resources.
