Jeff Emanuelli

Jeff Emanuelli, CPTM, currently serves as VP of People Management and Development at SMBC MANUBANK, where responsibilities include leading professional development and leadership initiatives while identifying learning needs and trends. Emanuelli has an extensive background in learning and development, having previously worked at Western Asset Management as Learning and Development Manager and specialist roles, where efforts focused on aligning training with company goals and managing live training sessions. Prior experience includes significant roles at Countrywide Home Loans, where training for approximately 1,600 employees was managed, and leadership training at LandSafe Incorporated. Emanuelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
