Laura Waters is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance for Digital Bank at SMBC MANUBANK since January 2022, Laura previously held the role of Vice President of Compliance at Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Laura's career at American Express spanned nearly a decade, during which important compliance functions for multiple business units were overseen.
