Scott Driggers

Scott Driggers is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Scott is currently the President of the Freight Division for the A. Stucki Company. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Operating Executive for SMC Infrastructure Partners and as the President & CEO of Cathcart Rail and Appalachian Railcar Services, LLC. Scott also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Appalachian Railcar Services, LLC and as the Vice President of Fleet Maintenance for Trinity Industries, Inc. Driggers has also gained experience at GATX where they were the GM of Field Operations, and at Rescar Companies where they held various positions. At Rescar Companies, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Field Service Operations and Corporate Safety, Regional Manager, Location Manager, and Railcar Mechanic. Prior to their career in the private sector, Driggers was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force where they received various accolades for their service.

Scott Driggers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Wayland Baptist University from 1998 to 2000. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Benedictine University.
