Adam Cain has extensive experience in both educational and technical fields. Currently serving as a Career Success Coordinator at SMC3 since February 2001, Adam focuses on employee development and career guidance. Prior roles include Director of Agile Delivery, where Adam enhanced agile practices within teams, and bi-vocational ministry positions as Associate Pastor of Youth at Bethlehem Baptist Church and Student Pastor at Luthersville Baptist Church, fostering the spiritual growth of youth. Earlier in Adam's career as a Programmer Analyst at Trax, Inc., Adam gained proficiency in various programming languages and user support. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Furman University and has pursued theological education at Western Baptist Bible Institute.
