Pratish Karshan possesses extensive experience in business development, client success, and operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Optimizations Advisor for Easy Holidays and 2cantalks since June 2025, Pratish also holds the role of Business Development BPO & Referral Specialist at SMD Technologies. Prior to these positions, Pratish contributed to CapeBPO as a member of the Advisory Board and was a Management Committee Member at SA Commercial, where responsibilities included senior program management in various regions. Previous roles include Head Of SA Office at iVvy Pty Ltd and various leadership positions at Simply Talk SA. Pratish's entrepreneurial experience is highlighted by ownership of Entourage Marketing. Pratish is a graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
