Jan Spencer Chavez, MBA, is an experienced project development professional with over two decades of expertise in the real estate sector. Currently serving as VP of Project Development at SM Development Corporation since June 2011, Jan leads multiple condominium projects in Pasay City and Quezon City, overseeing planning, marketing, and financial targets.
