Faizal Yatim

Faizal Yatim, C.A.(M), MBA, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Market & Enterprise Risk Management at SME Bank Malaysia, a position held since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing market, interest rate, liquidity, and capital risks at the banking group level. Prior roles include Vice President and AVP in the same department at SME Bank, as well as leadership positions in liquidity and market risk at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Faizal began the career in various roles at Agrobank and Bank Pertanian Malaysia. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Putra Business School and a Bachelor in Accountancy (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
