David McNally

David McNally has a diverse work experience in the field of geotechnical engineering and construction material testing. David has held roles such as Principal Engineer/Geotechnical Team Leader at S&ME, Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Kleinfelder, Geotechnical, Testing and Inspection Department Manager/Senior Engineer at ESP Associates, Inc., and Civil Engineering Corps Officer in the US Navy. David has also worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Terracon and S&ME, Inc., and as a Geotechnical/Materials Engineer at Geo-Environmental Consultants, Inc. and Engineer at Law Engineering. Throughout their career, David has been responsible for project management, staff training, client maintenance, business development, and technical review in the field of geotechnical engineering and construction material testing.

David McNally earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1990 to 1992. David also obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer in both South Carolina in 1999 and North Carolina in 1997.
