James R. Attaway

James Attaway has held the position of Legal Counsel at S&ME since 1987. He has over 30 years of experience in providing legal support to construction and engineering businesses. His primary responsibilities today are to provide legal support to S&ME, Inc. in the areas of administration, corporate governance, insurance, and risk management.

A graduate of North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School, James is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and a member of the bar in North Carolina and Florida.
