Nicole L.

Nicole L. serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Vince since March 2020, having previously held the position of Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at CME Group as Director and Assistant General Counsel and at Dechert LLP as an Associate in Corporate and Securities. Nicole L. began their legal career at Milbank LLP, initially as a Summer Associate and later as an Associate in Financial Restructuring. Earlier internships and externships include positions with the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and various consulting and advisory firms. Academic credentials consist of a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a BS in Economics, and a BA in International Relations with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a study program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
